| When we look back, life really was innocent and friendships were sincere. Though the years have slipped away, pick up the phone when you think that you should. You will be glad that you did. Dave and I were glad that we did that day back in 1995. What we did not know then was that it would be our last. God bless you David A. Morrison and all of our classmates who have left us too soon. This poem is dedicated to you. | |||

THE FRIENDSHIP YEARS GREW Remember that time, yes it was after a dance. I was feeling so down, and you gave me a glance. Do you need a ride home, John`s driving, let`s go. We didn`t know from that first kiss such a friendship would grow. You were special dear friend, with a heart most did not see. Our worlds were so different, thanks for sharing yours with me. The years slipped away to mere shadows of the night. My sons hear the stories of the guy who liked to fight. Then a voice on the phone says hi old pal, how`s things? Three hours later we`re all caught up and it is 1968 again. Yes, I will send you some pictures, and you will stop by in June. I`m glad I sent pictures, why did your life end so soon?
